I tried to get the shot using a variety of angles at once, turning the camera slightly while shooting at a downward angle. Finally, I'm good with how the shot turned out - funny how we tend to be our own biggest critics!

Project 365 Day 18 - January 18th
A couple of weeks ago I came across an old, rustic-looking fire hydrant that I was determined to make the focus of my daily photo. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of the photos I shot that day, or over several others days since when I have made additional attempts. Today, however, I finally managed to get a shot I was content with using.
